We offer white glove delivery service for our furniture products within a 100 mile delivery radius of Lancaster, PA. White glove service includes delivery to your home, assembly and placement in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging and debris.

Returns

Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase/delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is a 25% restocking fee. You will be refunded 75%.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging except for large, assembled furniture as the packaging will be done at time of pick up. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
